ARES Inc. Manufacturing Capabilities

ARES Inc. manufacturing facilities consist of several buildings with a total floor space of 23,750 square feet.

One building is dedicated to barrel manufacturing, including deep hole drilling, honing and rifling barrels from 0.75” to 4.25” I.D.’s with lengths to 195”. This building also houses a large turning lathe, capable of turning 27” diameter and lengths up to 244” and includes a hydraulic straightening press.

The primary manufacturing facility houses conventional as well as CNC machinery. Included are horizontal boring and vertical mills in addition to numerous CNC and conventional lathes.

Various grinders, including ID/OD, surface and rotary table are also housed in the building. The ARES Manufacturing staff is comprised of all state certified journeyman machinists.
